Had everything on my list. Shelves were full, nice considering it's a holiday weekend. Excellent produce,bakery & meat selection.

Not the greatest selection but nice staff!

Was trespassed after quitting my job, huge lack of communication between staff and a toxic environment when the managers having a bad day

There was only one cashier. Customers had to use automated cash Registeres. There was a line up.Apparently, 2 nd cashier was off, food basic could not get the replacement!!!We have people without jobs.Replacing the cashiers with machines are awful.I prefer to not shop There any more.

Food is always fresh and the selves are always stocked. We find they also offer the best deals for the items that we need.

A red tag showed a reduced price of $1.99 for a case of tofu. However, was charged $2.49 when checked out. Only 50 cents difference, so I let it go. A few weeks later, saw a red tag again of $1.99 for tofu. This time I was careful and picked up one case right in front of the red tag. However I was charged $2.99. Questioned cashier. She went there herself and teared off the red tag and claimed the red tag shouldn't be there. Is it a managerial mistake or deceiving?

Theft and Mistreatment.This is what happened to my wife and child yesterday when she drove 40 minutes to shop at your orillia location.My wife called me crying her eyes out in the parkinglot of your store sunday june 4th 2023. She had her hands full with out 21 month old son and was just trying to buy food with what little money we have when your cashiers were completely unhelpful and dismissive of her needs. The same needs as everyone else in the store; to cash out.She lined up and was refused by the cashier because and i quote i am closing after this customer" when she was next in line". Then she moved to a different line and when she reached cash they stated "she couldnt buy the beer(which was 1 small pack of cold shots) and it was cash only. Nobody was willing to help and she had now waited twice to be helped.Overwhelmed and brutally embarassed she quickly left the store leaving all of our bags that we own in your store at cash in the shopping cart. She strapped our son into his seat and broke down crying having an anxiety attack in your parkinglot before having to drive 40 minutes back home with no food or bags.Later when she called about the bags

I love this location. It's close to home and very affordable. The produce is usually quality as well and they usually have items in great stock

Very busy place for groceries. Clean, lines move quickly, reasonable prices.
